ACH Direct Upgrades Its VT3
By Mark Lowenstein, Sales Manager
We are excited to present our latest upgrades to VT3. The following changes are part of our ongoing efforts to consistently improve the users' capabilities, reporting, merchant options and functionality. We always welcome feedback and suggestions, which you can email to sales@achdirect.com, or simply click on the Suggestion Tool in the VT3 Knowledge Center. Summer 2006 upgrades include:
Reporting ACH Origination:
- Added new reports called ACH Origination.
- ACH Origination reports show ACH transactions by origination date. The origination date is the date the transactions are sent to the Federal Reserve.
- Permissions to view ACH Origination will need to be granted by your administrator.
Reporting Received:
- Renamed Origination to Received Reports.
- Received Reports show both credit card and eCheck transactions by the date the transactions were received.
- Permissions to view Received Reports have been migrated from the previous Origination reports.
Reporting Scheduled:
- Renamed Misc Report section to Scheduled Reports.
- Scheduled Reports section includes the reports: Credit Card Expiration, Future Summary and Future Detail reports.
Permission changes were not needed for Scheduled Reports.
IDVerifyTM:
- IDVerify is now a user level permission that will need to be granted by your administrator.
Knowledge Center:
- Renamed Contact Us to Knowledge Center and now includes: User Documents, Authorization Documents and Account Documents.
E-mail Notification:
- Added Scheduled Processed event and will notify users and/or customers when a scheduled item has been processed.
Miscellaneous:
- Name and last four digits of account number now appear after a captured type transaction is completed.
- Data fields 1 thru 4 have been added to the export.
Additional upgrades that we are currently working on include:
- Detailed deposit reports including any discount fees, reserves/hold backs, and unfunded transaction columns
- Client data import and export capabilities
- And more.
