Visa Publications To Help Merchants In Daily Operations, Risk Management
Visa has announced that three new or updated publications are now available to specifically assist merchants with daily operations, risk management and understanding the new unembossed Visa card.
- What Every Merchant Should Know About the Unembossed Visa Card – This new publication will provide the information that merchants need to prepare for the new, unembossed electronic use only Visa prepaid card. The brochure includes a brief announcement about the card, a diagram of security features, an explanation of proper usage and FAQ.
- Rules for Visa Merchants: Card Acceptance and Chargeback Management Guidelines – Annual revision of the 138-page manual that is a useful training and reference guide for both merchant management and staff.
- New Merchant Catalog – Visa has assembled this catalog of tools and materials specifically to help merchants in key areas such as card acceptance and fraud-prevention procedures. This assortment of brochures, guides, flyers, leaflets, videos, and online training tools will assist brick-and-mortar merchants as well as those doing business over the Internet, by direct marketing, or by mail and telephone order. Also included are tools and materials for business-to-business (B2B) merchants. It is available on Visa's Web site.
